We just recently bought some zucchini and cucumber plants and I plan to grown them in containers. I made mistakes with my coriander plant, I did not pluck it earlier and it grew very tall and bolted.
I had a really good mint harvest and even re-planted to sprigs which I had soaked in water and once they developed roots.

There are a lot of similarities between growing the two. Both of them require large containers, full sun and moist soil with fertilizers added every month or so. And they need to be picked at the right time otherwise they don't taste good.
